Shipping

All Items are built to order at the Versaclimber Factory. That being said shipping times tend to vary. Home units are usually shipped within 2 weeks whereas commercial units are 8 weeks. When an order is placed through this website it is automatically sent to the Versaclimber factory for processing. When units are shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for following your shipment. Fitness Exercise Machine does not handle the merchandise. We facilitate order taking and can answer your questions.
